This week I co-authored an op-ed in City AM with James Deal, Co-CEO of RetailBook, exploring how the phrase “capital is at risk” has discouraged too many people from investing. The greater risk today is capital sitting idle - disconnected from the innovation and growth that drive our economy.
At the City Regulators Dinner earlier in October, I spoke about the need to rethink how we approach risk — balancing strong regulation with a culture that supports responsible investment and long-term growth.
